If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer an easy and straightforward Return and Exchange Policy. 1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Personalized or customized items are non-returnable unless defective.
- Watches must be returned in original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, for an exchange or return to be processed.
If the product is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, AEROBOOSTPC will cover the return shipping cost. If the return is due to a change of mind or for an exchange (e.g., size or model change), the return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact Customer Service
- Email us at info@aeroboostpc.com with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request – Order #XXXXXX“.
- Provide the following details in your email:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for the return/exchange
- Photos of the product (if it is damaged or defective)
Step 2: Await Approval
Once we receive your request, our customer service team will review it and send you authorization along with return instructions. Please wait for approval before sending the item(s) back.
Step 3: Ship the Item Back
- Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
- Use a trackable shipping service and keep the tracking number for your reference.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving a damaged or incorrect item).
3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is in original, unused condition, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds will typically be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by AEROBOOSTPC (such as receiving the wrong or defective product).
Important: Refunds will only be issued if the product is returned in original, unused condition. We reserve the right to deny refunds if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow these steps:
- Return the original item for a refund.
- Place a new order for the item you wish to exchange for.
Once the original item is returned and refunded, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product at info@aeroboostpc.com.
- Provide the following:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- A description of the issue
We will either:
- Provide a replacement at no additional cost, or
- Offer a full refund, including return shipping fees.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Personalized or customized watches (unless defective)
- Opened or used watches (unless defective)
- Gift cards
- Promotional items
- Final sale items
7. Late Returns
If the product is returned after 30 days from the date of delivery, we may not be able to process the return or exchange. In some cases, we may offer store credit or a partial refund, depending on the condition of the product and the timing of the return request.
